Enquiry

This will be the first time you contact us. Whether this be through email, a telephone call or a visit to our showroom we will be delighted to assist you with your initial enquiry.

Advice & Guidance

One of our team will discuss your requirements with you and present the various window treatment options that they believe you may wish to consider. They will present the ranges of fabrics, curtains, blinds & other accessories that they feel would appeal.

Measure

We will make an appointment to come out to your home or business and conduct a FREE measuring service. This serves two purposes; to use this in your final quote and to ensure your curtains or blinds fit precisely in your windows.

Finalise Design & Quote

Following our visit to measure we will maintain an open dialogue with you to discuss and finalise your design. This will be through phone calls, emails or if you wish to visit us at our showroom then we will be happy to see you again.

Order Review

We will confirm your order via email and request that you review. Should you have any final queries this will be the opportunity for you to ask away.

Order Approval

Hoping that you will be happy with your quote and wish to move forward we kindly request a 50% deposit to commence the tailoring of your bespoke curtains and blinds.

Tailoring Commences

Our skilled craftspeople will begin working on your curtains and blinds upon your order being processed. We will work with you to ensure we meet your expectations for completion.

Quality Control

We conduct rigorous checks on all tailored products before we make them available to you. Our team ensures that our high standards of quality are maintained at all times.

Collection/Delivery

Only after completion of the quality checks will your curtains and blinds be made available for collection. If you have chosen to make use of our professional installation service then your curtains and blinds will be delivered when the install team visits you to fit.

Installation

We offer a professional fitting service for all of your chosen window treatments. Our experienced fitters will ensure that there is minimal disruption and mess and their high standards will ensure that your curtains or blinds will be hung with precision. Before leaving they will make sure you are happy with our work and will spend time to discuss the operation of the curtains and blinds.
